It is so good to see books being used between all the BOCES in the area. Everyone has been so willing to share. I have been tracking all books coming in or going out from our BOCES in Microsoft Access. To make things easier for you (and me), there is absolutely no need to address envelopes to the individual schools when returning books to the other BOCES. You can just put them into an envelope or box addressed to me. I will do the rest. I track the books by using their barcodes, so I need to open every envelope to scan the book as returned. I then put them in special envelopes I have that are marked for the other BOCES SLS main offices so they can track them as being returned.
